Participation in on-ice activities (such as ice skating, games, and hockey skills) includes some risks. I fully understand that I could be injured. Injuries may include (but are not limited to) cuts, scrapes, sprains, ligament damage, broken bones, concussion, or possibly even death. By purchasing my ticket, I accept these risks and take responsibility for my own safety.

We recommend using protective gear that is free to use at IceHQ (Including helmets, elbow pads, and knee pads). If you are purchasing a hockey related session, you must wear a full hockey kit. Hire gear may be available to you if you don't have your own. 

Please ensure you arrive by 3:30pm to be fitted in hockey gear and skates. 

It gets hot playing hockey! Please wear exercise clothing. Most of us wear tights/skins/sports shorts and an exercise top. Make sure you bring a jumper for your arrival. 

After the session we're heading to the Sporting Globe at Northland for some post hockey drinks and snacks, hope to see you there!
